Polentino mixes slowly and continuously the mixture inside the copper pot, obtaining a homogeneous and uniform cooking.
The practical steel handles allow to pour the polenta (corn meal); while the blades and the motor are removable and easy to clean.
Polentino is available in different sizes 25 and 31 cm respectful ideal for>5 or 14 people.
